I’m working, chatting with a friend and slowly drinking my coffee and you don’t exist for me. you’re on the floor where you belong, my obedient little foot slave. i rest my feet on you, shift them when i feel like it, press a sole into your face when i need a better angle for the screen. there is no eye contact, no commands or ant attention, just the weight of my feet and the fact that you’re still there, still serving, still grateful for scraps. i laugh at something my friend says, take another sip and cross my legs but you stay exactly where i put you. training doesn’t always need words, sometimes ignoring you is the lesson
